RV Parking

Reserved RV overnight parking space is available at the Purina Events Center.  RV sites include full hookups – electric, water, and sewer. The overnight RV parking area will be available beginning on Tuesday, July 17, 2019.  All RVs must be removed by Monday, July 23, 2019 at 9:00 am.

Cost: $40 per night

Please complete the 2019 July National Specialty reservation form and submit your reservation by July 1, 2019. Purina requires that a camping list is submitted two weeks prior to the show. Please make checks payable to American Spaniel Club.

Rental RV Available:  RVs can be rented for use at the Purina Events Center. For information, contact Byerly RV or MB Thomas RV Sales. Rental includes bringing the RV to Purina and pickup after the show, but it does not include the ASC overnight parking reservation. Please note: due to a recent Purina procedures change, all rental RVs will be parked in Row C, the third row out.

An July 2019 ASC RV Overnight Parking Reservation is required for all RVs, including Rental RVs.

ASCF Luao Bingo

Once again, some great fun, food and laughs! We are having a full catered meal and pig roast catered by Super Smokers BBQ.  We have tons of door prizes and 1 grand door prize.  Your event ticket includes your meal, door prizes, a grand door prize, and Bingo cards(4 rounds of Bingo)  New this year is an awesome raffle.  Bingo Round winners will receive a sheet of raffle tickets.  And again we will be having  Men’s, Women’s,  Couple’s, and Kid’s Best Dressed contest. So, everyone break out your grass skirts and coconut bras.

Adults: $35.00 per person – Price includes meal, door prizes, and Bingo

Children – Price includes meal and games for kids/Bingo
9 – 16 years – $10.00 per child

Eye Clinic and Blood Draw

Crating Reservations

Overnight Crating with Grooming Spaces & Electricity

All spaces are 10 X 15 (include one outlet) – $XX.00/space in the Purina Event Center.  Additional electrical outlets can be purchased for $XX each. Day crating is available at no charge, but no electricity is provided or available in that section.  All items must be fully removed from day crating spaces at the end of each day. Day crating cannot be reserved, roped off or saved in any way.  Available on a first come, first serve basis only.

Exhibitors wishing to be setup next to each other MUST mail in reservations & payment in same envelope.

I understand the tack room will not be available before Wed, July 17, 2019 (time TBA). I further understand that the assignment of reserved grooming space is a privilege that can be withdrawn from those who do not follow the rules, regulations and instructions of the American Spaniel Club or their agents.

Candid Photographer License

Any entity or individual interested in taking candid photographs at ASC, please send a written request to Show Chairman, Bonnie Buell along with a check for the candid photographer license fee of $100, made payable to the American Spaniel Club. Written request must be sent by ENTRY CLOSING DATE.
The American Spaniel Club prohibits the use of video recording devices for commercial purposes at any time, at all ASC events. ASC also prohibits photography at ASC events for commercial purposes without prior written consent of the Show Chairperson and the payment of a $100 candid photography licensing fee. Commercial purposes are defined as the intent to offer photos for sale or barter, in whole or in part, for use now or in the future, or for use in any other commercial applications.

Sanctioned C Obed/Rally Match

Thursday, July 18, 2019 (time TBA)
ASC will be hosting a Sanctioned C match (“show ‘n go,” “fun matches,” or “run thrus”) in the obedience/rally ring on Thurday, July 26, 2018. The match will include: Open Ring – reserve the ring to practice what you want with Options: (A) 10 minutes – $10.00; (B) Obedience Course Run-Thru – $7.00/run; or (C) Rally Course Run-Thru – $5.00/run.

For nominating your bitches use the following checklist.

  • As the breeder, are your dues paid so you remain a member in good standing?
  • Are sire and dam over 2 years old?
  • Do both sire and dam have OFA/PennHips/other countries certification numbers?
  • Have both sire and dam had their eyes examined by a veterinary ophthalmologist after age 2 and within the 12 months before the breeding? Don’t miss out because you have old eye exams and don’t get new ones done until after the breeding.
  • Send in the paperwork to nominate the bitch before the litter is whelped.
  • Then remember to enroll your puppies by the deadlines.
